Responsibilities:
Install and manage workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices, such as routes, printer and so onMonitor computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboard etc.) to ensure its normal performance
Build and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
Oversee security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Support users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
Schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
Detect, diagnose and troubleshoot to problems, related to hardware, software or organizational activities
Keep records and logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
Detect computer or network equipment shortages and place orders
Knowledgeable in CCTV systems repair and maintenance
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant positionExcellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
Excellent communication ability
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
Certified as IT Technician will be an advantage
Can work with minimum supervision
