Internal Audit Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Audit Associate to join our team in Libis, Quezon City. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and contributing to the enhancement of internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance practices.
• Prepare clear and concise audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of audit plans and programs.
• Collaborate with various departments to address audit findings and support process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in internal audit, external audit, or related areas is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
