Job Description:
- Continuously oversee network performance, detect faults, and escalate issues promptly.
- Perform Optical Time Domain Reflectometer tests to identify fiber faults, breaks, or signal losses.
- Conduct precise splicing of fiber optic cables to ensure optimal connectivity and minimal signal loss.
- Configure and activate internet services for new customers or upgraded connections.
- Respond to outages, perform troubleshooting, and restore services efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with NOC (Network Operations Center), engineering teams, and customer support to resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Open for High School graduate or College undergraduate with experience in the same field.
- Must have a basic knowledge on troubleshooting network devices such as modem, switch, router, etc.
- Knowledgeable in cable installation, restorations, and activation.
- Experience in fiber splicing and telecommunication OSP is an advantage.
- Preferably with driver’s license.
- Willing to work on shifting schedule. Willing to start ASAP
