We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Analyst to support business transformation initiatives across the organization. This role will play a key part in ensuring changes are implemented effectively, with minimal disruption to operations and maximum adoption by stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of change management strategies across multiple projects
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and department heads to assess the impact of change
• Develop change documentation including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training materials
• Track and report change readiness, adoption, and resistance
• Assist in conducting workshops, briefings, and training sessions for impacted teams
• Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions
• Maintain change logs and contribute to post-implementation reviews

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, Psychology, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a change management, business analyst, or project coordination role
• Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with tools like MS Office, JIRA, or project/change tracking systems
