JOB OBJECTIVE:

The position is responsible for the over-all supervision of the equipments and

technical facilities in the assigned property to ensure efficient and effective operation.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Responsible for the supervision of all Multi-Skilled Technicians and other

technical support staff to ensure efficiency in the operation. It is also

1. Responsible for the maintenance of all machineries and equipment in the

building. It is also responsible for the smooth operations of the technical

1. Maintains cordial and friendly relations with unit owners and tenants and

1. Responsible for the proper handling, safeguarding, monitoring and effective

1. Responsible for march-in/march-out procedures
2. Ensures that all policies, systems and procedures are followed and

1. Responsible for the dissemination and effective implementation of preventive

1. Responsible for the supervision of the external contractors. It is also

1. Ensures that safety rules and procedures are complied with
2. Conducts regular walk-arounds and inspections to ensure that all delegated

1. Canvasses materials and supplies needed for the project
2. Coordinates with external contractors for specific projects and reports to the

1. All other related tasks as required.
