- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities to handle customer inquiries and objections
- Demonstrated adaptability and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- No prior sales experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success
- Minimum of college diploma (any field)
