Accounts Associate(Remote PH)Client Servicing(with 2-3yrs SG client experience) - Manila - ref. p59605015
- Manage several Singapore (SG) clients' end-to-end accounting; deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly closing with review-ready management accounts
- Prepare SG FRS FS + Audit support
- File GST F5/F7; maintain IRAS compliant
- Run payroll in JustLogin/Infotech and IR8A/IR21
- Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents or other professional parties
- Perform administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed
Requirements
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, CA, CPA)
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience in Singapore or has handled Singapore-based clients before (applicants without this requirement will NOT BE SUITABLE)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, Bookkeeping and GST under SG regulation
- Proficient in MYOB/QuickBooks/Xero
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work well with colleagues and clients across jurisdictions
- Able to communicate effectively in English

- With experience in payroll, GST, JustLogin, Info-tech, audit support, handling Japanese clients
- Fully remote role
