SAP FICO Analyst (Financial Accounting and Controlling) - Level 2
The Application Support - SAP FICO Analyst role is to provide functional support within the Finance and Controlling module of the Company's SAP systems.
The SAP FICO Analyst will be responsible for providing day to day support for the global business, working with other team members and business users to resolve issues. Assist the SAP Team Lead in ensuring the support function provides an appropriate response level in resolving SAP production environment issues and promoting change requests to the production environment.
SAP ABAP Analyst - Level 2
The Application Support - SAP ABAP Analyst Level 2 role is to provide development support across the various modules of the SAP systems.
The analyst will be responsible for development and modification of SAP programs, investigation of issues through to resolution. They will need to work closely with the Functional, Security and Basis analysts for the SAP system to ensure all builds are fit for business use, whilst adhering to the Company's Development standards.
Business Intelligence/SAP BW Analyst - Level 2
The Application Support – Business Intelligence / SAP BW Analyst role provides support to the Global Business Intelligence team. It provide administration, functional, and development support for the company's SAP Business Warehouse (BW) system.The role also helps provide monitoring and admin support for the Global BI toolsets (Azure Data Factory, Power BI).
The role holder will work closely with the Application Support - SAP BI Reporting Analyst in issue resolution for any SAP BW work. They will also need to collaborate with the Functional, Security and Basis analysts for the SAP system to ensure all builds are fit for business use, whilst adhering to the Company's Development standards.
As the Global BI toolsets are further integrated into the company's ecosystem, the duties of this position will also expand. Training will be provided to ensure this Analyst role has the correct skillsets to provide the necessary support.
SAP PP Analyst (Production Planning) - Level 2
The Application Support - SAP Supply Chain Analyst role is to provide functional support within the Supply Chain modules of the Company's SAP systems (PP, MM, WM).
The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for providing day to day support to the global business, working closely with other Functional team members, Development and Security analysts and Business users to resolve issues. Assisting the SAP Technical Lead, they will ensure an appropriate response level in resolving SAP production environment issues and where appropriate will promote change requests to the production environment whilst adhering to the Company Development standards.
SAP MM Analyst (Material Management) - Level 2
The Application Support - SAP MM Analyst role is to provide functional support within the Materials Management module of the Company SAP systems.
The SAP MM Analyst will be responsible for providing day to day support for the global business, working with other team members and business users to resolve issues. Assist the SAP Team Lead in ensuring the support function provides an appropriate response level in resolving SAP production environment issues and promoting change requests to the production environment.
All of the positions requires the ability to work in a flexible shift, which may include evenings and potentially some weekends, with an on-call requirement for escalated high priority issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (KEY ACTIVITIES)
These are all Level 2 support positions that directly interacts with end users and company management.- Responsible for the day to day end user support for the Company SAP Systems.
- Diagnose, analyze and resolve issues efficiently.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives relating to the processes used to resolve Incidents / Change requests.
- Adhere to the SLA’s set by GIS for all types of support work.
- Identify and design system enhancements required in response to incidents raised by the user community.
- Complete the functional and configuration documentation for any solutions delivered.
- Provide training to users on standard company processes.
- Maintain SAP process related documentation in accordance with our Change Management policies and processes.
- Establish a strong and effective working relationship between the Functional and Security based SAP teams as well as the Transition Management and Project teams.
- Assist in the assessment, determination and documentation of customer requirements for services provided by GIS.
- Abide by all GIS Policies and Procedures pertaining to security of data, the network and its applications, proper account access and management, and general Standard Operating Procedures.
- Undertake any other duties reasonably requested to meet business needs.
