Social Media Manager

Salary range: Php30,000 - Php45,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

You will analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for growth, and propose creative campaigns that drive user engagement in the gaming and Web3 space.

Note:This is an on-site position. Not open for remote work setup. Hybrid setup may be considered after the 3rd month evaluation. Daily work reporting is required.

• Own and execute the end-to-end social media strategy across platforms like X (primarily), Discord, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and others.
• Monitor and study analytics to continuously optimize engagement, reach, and community conversion.
• Proactively identify trends, memes, and algorithm updates — and integrate them into RealGo’s content playbook.
• Draft weekly proposals with actionable strategies based on data and trend insights.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and community teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
• Engage meaningfully with followers, KOLs, creators, and communities to grow brand presence.

Daily KPIs & Responsibilities

To ensure consistent, measurable impact, the Social Media Manager is expected to meet the following daily benchmarks:

1. Engagement

• Reply to at least 50 relevant posts per day (memes, public chains, KOLs, game lovers, etc.) with thoughtful and engaging responses.

1. Direct Outreach

• DM and interact with at least 20 meme projects daily across X and Discord.
• Maintain and track contact lists, responses, and follow-ups.

1. Performance Tracking

• Record outcomes of engagements (replies, reactions, mentions).
• Highlight valuable interactions and prepare follow-up actions.

1. Posting & Experimentation

• Post 2–5 times per day, experimenting with formats (images, videos, threads, polls).
• Incorporate RealGo IP and current trends to maximize engagement.

1. Results Review

• Analyze post stats and DM engagement daily.
• Optimize based on performance insights.

1. Cross-brand Interaction

• Creatively mention or tag meme project official accounts in our posts that feature similar or inspired meme characters.

• Self-starter who takes initiative and works with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Twitter Analytics, Meta Insights, or Sprout Social.
• Deep understanding of internet and gaming culture, meme trends, and Web3 communities.
• Strong writing skills and a creative, experimental mindset.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management in gaming, Web3, or tech.

• You generate ideas and improvements independently.
• You show measurable growth in engagement, reach, and conversions.
• You make RealGo a recognized and active voice in the meme and Web3 gaming space.
