OBJECTIVE:

To validate day to day operational procedures or guidelines of each department in accordance with company's Internal Control system, policies and procedures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepares Annual Audit Program.
2. Conduct Field Audit

• Validates salesman field activities
• Validates sales' documentation on various Trade Support Claims.
• Validate Sales Performance on Collection activity – Ageing of Receivable / Open Balance
• Check and validates merchandiser's performance and attendance.

1. Conduct Plant and Warehouse Audit.

• Surprise Inventory Audit Count
• Midyear & Annual Physical Audit Count
• Validates B.O. disposal documentation against returned goods.
• Witness to B.O. disposal of the customer.

1. Cash Count Audit – Sales personnel (SR & Sales Supervisors) ; Petty Cash Custodian
2. Prepares Field Audit Report.
3. Prepares Monthly Summary of Conducted Audit.

1. Prepares and Update Company System, Policies, Procedures for Sales Department – on B.O.
2. Validates Freight Forwarders operational procedures - rates and waybill.
3. Validates Merchandiser Agency expenses - hotel accomodation and transportation.
4. Validates Store outlets sales performance vs Trade Support Claims.

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance Accountancy/Management or equivalent.
2. At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience on Audit in a manufacturing company.
3. Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City
4. Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & up experienced employees specializing in Audit.
5. Full-Time position(s) available.
