QUALIFICATIONS:

• Philippines Registered Nurse (with valid PRC ID).
• Occupational Health Nursing training or experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle medical emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Can start immediately.

MAJOR FUNCTIONS:

• Schedule and monitor weekly drug testing of employees.
• Conduct regular inventory of medicine supplies and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Facilitate the company’s Annual Physical Examination (APE) for employees.
• Coordinate with the company’s insurance provider on behalf of employees for health-related concerns.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of health and wellness programs.
• Assist the company doctor during scheduled visits and consultations.
• Provide initial medical care and respond promptly to employees’ urgent healthcare needs.
• Conduct regular blood pressure monitoring and basic health checks for employees.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports on medical and health records.
• Perform other health-related tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
