Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare facilities to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online platforms, networking, and job fairs.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the application process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles and the recruitment landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
