The Finance and Accounting Assistant Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance, and supporting the Finance and Accounting Manager in all financial activities.
***Primary Responsibilities***・Assist the Finance and Accounting Manager in managing daily finance and accounting operations.
・Ensure the accuracy of financial reports and compliance with company policies.
・Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
・Maintain data integrity and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
・Co-manage the preparation of financial statements (Performance, Position, Cash Flow, and related schedules).
Lead the preparation of key financial reports, including:
・Bank Reconciliation Reports
・Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) Aging Reports
・Inventory Reports
・Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE) Reports
Conduct financial analysis (management accounting, cost analysis, projections, and variance analysis).・Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
・Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and Local Government Unit (LGU) regulations.
・Support BIR tax audits and regular tax compliance.
・Co-manage, train, and assist in hiring accounting staff.
・Assist in Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) transactions related to foreign currency loans and inward remittances.
Secondary Responsibilities: ・Perform other tasks as assigned by the CFO and Finance & Accounting Manager.

- At least 8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles in a business office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Trustworthy with excellent interpersonal and management skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
- Experience with SAP or similar accounting software.
- Background in cost accounting and financial analysis
