Job Title: Senior IT Specialist (Japanese-Speaking)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Senior IT Specialist with extensive experience in the IT industry, particularly in business systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical and business knowledge, excellent communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), and previous experience in a management or leadership role.

This position will work closely with Japanese stakeholders and internal teams to support business and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Japanese clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand business and system requirements.
Provide expertise on business systems, enterprise applications, and IT-related initiatives.
Support the planning, implementation, and improvement of business systems and processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives and deliverables are met.
Analyze business needs and recommend effective technology solutions.
Monitor project progress and provide guidance to team members when necessary.
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations in Japanese and English.
Assist in resolving business and technical issues while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Share knowledge and best practices with team members and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

Required:

JLPT N2 certification or higher.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry.

Preferred:

Experience in business systems, ERP, CRM, enterprise applications, or software development projects.
Previous experience in a management, supervisory, or leadership position.
Experience working with Japanese companies or stakeholders.
Strong understanding of business processes and system implementation.
