About the role

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization.

• Performing general bookkeeping duties such as recording financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate accounts payable and receivable records
• Preparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate flow of financial information
• Providing administrative support to the Accounting department as needed
• Maintaining and updating financial databases and records
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and accounting best practices

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounting Clerk or similar role, preferably in the Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting industry
• Strong proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting principles, as well as the ability to use accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial record-keeping
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the overall success of the Accounting department
