Job Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative (CSR) for logistics chat support handles customer inquiries, resolves issues, and provides information on orders, shipping, and returns via online chat. Key duties include using chat/messaging platforms, processing orders, tracking shipments, documenting interactions, and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to meet performance targets.Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills are essential for this role. Key responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions: Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and complaints through online chat support.
- Provide information: Offer accurate information on products, services, and company policies, including tracking shipments and order status.
- Process transactions: Efficiently process orders, returns, and account updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams: Work with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to resolve customer issues and gather information.
- Document interactions: Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the company's systems.
- Meet performance targets: Achieve and maintain targets for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
