The Job- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Associates to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed team targets for loan product sales.
- Monitor and support daily activities of the team in promoting loan products and assisting customers at assigned retail store(s) or malls.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, retail partners, and internal teams to enhance sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve the team's product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.
- Provide on-the-ground support to team members by resolving customer issues and offering guidance on the loan application process.
- Track team performance through regular reporting and ensure timely communication of progress to management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and execute action plans to enhance operational efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate profile
Must Have- You live in the LUZON area.
- At least 24 months of experience in sales or team management, preferably in a retail, telco, financial, or customer-facing environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and team members confidently.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences.
