What is the job?

The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for providing advanced technical support, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues in ServiceNow/FutureNow, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Review and prioritize incidents based on urgency and SLA requirements.
Resolve technical issues and provide timely updates to users.
Identify root causes and implement solutions or workarounds.
Collaborate with teams and escalate complex issues when needed.
Create documentation and update knowledge base with solutions.
Track ticket progress, time spent and ensure SLA compliance.
