Job Description

• With at least 3 to 5 years work experience in a Garment Manufacturing
• Draws outlines of pattern parts by adapting or copying an existing patterns, or by drafteing new patterns according to buyers information
• Tests patterns by making and fitting sample garments and fitting in the specified mannequin
• Cut out master sample patterns by specific buyer’s instructions
• Can speak, read and write in Mandarin Language

• Pattern Making Software > Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software
• Garment Construction > Understanding fabric properties, sewing techniques, and garment assembly is essential
• Pattern Drafting & Grading > Knowledge of various pattern drafting methods, including flat pattern drafting and draping, as well as industry-standard measurement systems and grading techniques
• Sewing Skills > Basic sewing skills for prototype development and adjustments
• Knowledge of Fabrics > Understanding how different fabrics behave and how they affect pattern fitting and garment construction
• Preferably with degree in degree in fashion design or garment technology
