Principal Enterprise Cyber Security Architect

We are seeking a high-caliber, technical heavyweight to serve as a Principal Enterprise Cybersecurity Architect. Operating as a senior individual contributor (Level 5 / Senior Manager equivalent), this professional will shape the strategic direction and lead the execution of global enterprise security frameworks.

Reporting to the Local Cybersecurity Engineering Head with a functional dot-line to the US-based Director of InfoSec, you will bridge the gap between high-level security architecture and hands-on execution. You will act as the subject matter expert responsible for safeguarding enterprise data, managing complex identities, and designing modern defense-in-depth controls across a global infrastructure.

• Architectural Strategy & Governance: Define, design, and deploy comprehensive enterprise-wide security solutions aligned with Zero Trust principles.
• Data Protection & Identity Management: Own the optimization and scaling of core security pillars, with a heavy emphasis on Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB).
• Cloud & Infrastructure Defense: Lead security engineering initiatives across multi-cloud environments (Azure/GCP) and endpoint ecosystems.
• Next-Gen Security Evolution: Drive the secure integration and governance of AI technologies within the corporate framework.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with global IT, privacy, and compliance teams, evaluate third-party vendor risks, and conduct robust security architecture assessments.
• Mentorship: Act as a technical beacon and mentor to mid-level and senior security engineers within the global pipeline.

• Industry Experience: A minimum of 13+ years of dedicated experience in Cybersecurity, with a heavily proven track record specifically in Security Engineering and Architecture.
• DLP Mastery: Deep, specialized expertise in deploying and managing enterprise-grade Data Loss Prevention (DLP) platforms at scale.
• Technical Toolkit: Strong hands-on proficiency in Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), IAM/PAM frameworks, and modern endpoint security.
• Cloud & Automation: Solid background securing cloud infrastructures (Azure and/or GCP) combined with scripting/automation capabilities to streamline security workflows.
• Global Collaboration: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with US-based counterparts (Directors, Architects, and Senior Managers).
