RD Balderas Builders Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to assist in project estimating, planning, coordination, and implementation. The position is suited for a detail-oriented and motivated individual who is willing to learn, be trained, and grow with the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed estimates and project costings
• Conduct site inspections and feasibility assessments
• Assist in the planning and implementation of projects
• Research project requirements and prepare supporting estimates
• Review relevant government regulations, codes, and ordinances
• Provide recommendations and alternative solutions to project concerns
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors professionally
• Support project management activities, including budget monitoring, resource coordination, deadline tracking, and quotation consolidation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• PRC license is an advantage but not required
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Autodesk, Microsoft Office, and similar software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Willing to learn, be trained, and grow with the team
• Able to coordinate with different professionals and handle multiple projects
