VISMOTOR CORPORATION deals with classic and brand-new motorcycles like Honda, Suzuki, Kawasaki, and Yamaha. All in all, we offer Sales, Service, and Spare Parts.

SERVICE OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in:
• Customer communication activities
• Frontline service operations support
• Customer service
• Workshop or service operations

• Must be a College Graduate
• Preferably with a degree in:
• BS Mechanical Engineering
• Automotive Technology
• Or any related field

• Relevant technical or automotive certifications are an advantage but not required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems
• Knowledgeable in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment related to the industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage work orders and service activities efficiently
• Good understanding of industry practices, equipment, machinery, and/or vehicles being serviced
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced service environment and collaborate with different departments
