IT Systems and Security Supervisor
Fiesta is are looking for someone who can help us improve our systems, support digital workflows, coordinate IT-related projects, strengthen reporting and data analytics, and oversee day-to-day IT support activities.
As an ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified company with established quality and information security management systems, this role will also support IT-related documentation, process controls, access management, data protection practices, and audit requirements.
This role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys improving processes, working with business users, analyzing data, and finding practical technology solutions in a service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and improve company systems, software tools, and digital platforms
- Assist in workflow automation, reporting, data analytics, and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to support monitoring and decision-making
- Analyze system usage, recurring IT concerns, support requests, and process data to recommend improvements
- Coordinate with users, vendors, and service providers for system concerns and enhancements
- Supervise daily IT support activities, including user assistance, equipment, access, and documentation
- Maintain IT records, system documentation, inventories, licenses, access records, and reports
- Support information security, data privacy, QMS/ISMS documentation, audits, and compliance-related IT requirements
- Assist in user access reviews, system controls, incident documentation, and secure use of company technology
- Support IT projects, system rollouts, testing, training, and user assistance
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or related course
- With relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, software support, automation, reporting, data analytics, or IT project coordination
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, dashboards, or similar tools is an advantage
- Experience in reporting, dashboard creation, data analytics, or business intelligence tools is an advantage
- Background in information security, data privacy, ISO 27001, QMS/ISMS, access management, or IT documentation is an advantage
- Experience with travel-related systems, GDS, ticketing platforms, or travel agency software is an advantage
- With good analytical, communication, documentation, and coordination skills
- Able to work with both technical and non-technical users
- Supervisory or team lead experience is an advantage
