A Production Worker / Production Operator at Lear Corporation (primarily located in the Mactan Economic Zone / MEPZ in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu) is responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting automotive components. Because Lear Corporation is a major global automotive supplier, the role heavily focuses on the high-volume manufacturing of automotive electrical wire harnesses and car seating systems.Core Duties and ResponsibilitiesWire Harness Assembly: Route, plug, tape, and crimp electrical wires, connectors, and terminals onto specialized assembly boards based on engineering schematics.Seating Components Setup: Insert foam, structural frames, and fabric cover components into specialized press-molding or assembly machinery.Machine Operation: Operate semi-automated manufacturing machinery, wire-stripping tools, crimping devices, and molding presses safely.Quality Assurance Testing: Perform visual and electrical continuity testing using test boards to ensure zero wire alignment defects before shipment.Material Movement: Restock assembly stations, load/unload line equipment, and move components using wheeled carts or material racks.5S Maintenance: Clean, organize, and maintain immediate workstations daily to follow global automotive factory safety rules.

Qualifications/Requirements
