Strategic Social Media Manager – Fashion/Clothing Line
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Strategic Social Media Manager with strong paid ads management experience and a solid background in fashion or apparel branding. This role combines creative content strategy with data-driven advertising to grow brand awareness, drive traffic, and increase online sales across key social platforms.The ideal candidate is both analytically savvy and visually attuned to fashion aesthetics and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Content Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand’s voice, aesthetic, and business goals.
- Create and maintain a content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, X, etc.).
- Monitor fashion trends and competitors to produce relevant and on-brand content.
- Collaborate with creative teams (designers, photographers, stylists) to produce high-quality visuals and storytelling content.
Paid Ads Management:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok Ads.
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and copy to improve ROI and drive conversions (e-commerce focus).
- Analyze performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and customer acquisition cost to inform campaign adjustments.
- Work with e-commerce and product teams to align ad content with new drops, promotions, or seasonal campaigns.
Community & Influencer Engagement:
- Manage community interactions by responding to comments, DMs, and user-generated content.
- Identify and collaborate with fashion influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Leverage influencer content in paid and organic campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Generate weekly/monthly reports to track KPIs, audience insights, and engagement.
- Provide recommendations for growth and content optimization based on analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in social media management with direct experience in fashion/apparel brands and managing paid ad campaigns.
- Proficient with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads, and tools like Canva, Later, or Hootsuite.
- Strong eye for visual storytelling and fashion trends.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Analytical thinker with experience using data to shape content and ad decisions.
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
