What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing engaging training curricula to upskill our workforce
- Facilitating interactive training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer
- Identifying training needs and designing tailored programs to address skill gaps
- Collaborating with department heads to align training initiatives with business objectives
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs to drive continuous improvement
- Maintaining comprehensive training records and reports
- Providing coaching and mentoring to support the professional development of our employees
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably within the BPO or customer service industry
- Proven track record in designing and delivering impactful training programs
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address training needs
- Proficient in using training management tools and technologies
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in training and development
