Accounting Intern (Open to Fresh Grads)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern (Open to Fresh Grads) to join the team at Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC). This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an Accounting Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations and contributing to the overall financial management of the company.

Our 6-week internship program, running from June to July 2025, is designed to offer you a holistic understanding of our industry, immerse you in our company's culture, and provide the chance to work alongside seasoned professionals.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conduct account reconciliations and analysis to ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Help with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Provide support in the maintenance of the general ledger and other accounting systems
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory documents
• Contribute to the implementation of internal controls and accounting policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective accounting processes

• Fresh graduate or about to graduate with a degree in Accounting or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the team
• Eager to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct
• Can start by June 18 and report full-time
• Equipped with a personal laptop for onsite work
