Position title: INTERCOMPANY BUYER ANALYST - THAI

Vacancy (1)

• Monitor and manage intercompany orders inbound transactions.
• Close cooperation with source of supply location, BG/division supply chain, Enterprise Operations, 3M Subsidiaries, Master Data, and 3PL/Freight forwarders to ensure the timely import of intercompany transactions
• Understands and executes Country import regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments.
• Manage communication between 3M international subsidiaries and ship locations by providing accurate data including product availability, order status expedites, etc.
• Good time management in daily operations
• Basic understanding of ICO model

Qualifications/Requirements

3 years’ experience within sourcing area or purchasing transactional activities; Bachelor’s degree in business; Proficient research, analytical and problem-solving skills; Continuous improvement mindset; Knowledge or sourcing principles; Working knowledge of MS office tools; Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload; Team oriented person who can focus on the details; Knowledge of ERP/SAP, Sourcing tools and application an advantage
