Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team. AT LEAST 1 YEAR BPO EXPERIENCE (TELCO OR US MORTGAGE) ! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Location: MCKINLEY (candidates must be residing near Taguig)

Qualifications:

• SHS Graduates/ HS Graduates/ College Undergrad/ College Graduates
• AT LEAST 1 YEAR BPO/CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE (TELCO/ US MORTGAGE)
• Good English Communication Skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can converse well with customers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Amenable working onsite/in the office
• Amenable working in graveyard shift/any shifting sched

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers with inquiries, complaints, or issues
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals
