Job Description: One of our subsidiary company, OPTIMUM WATER RESOURCES CORPORATION is looking for a resourceful and enthusiastic route sales representative to join our sales department.
About Us: Optimum Water Resources Corporation, popularly known as AMLAN purified bottled drinking water, is a 100% Filipino owned and managed company. Main office is located at Amlan, Negros Oriental and with satellite offices in Visayas and Mindanao.
About the Role: A Route Van Salesman will be driving a designated route to provide our customers with sales-related services and growing our customer base in an area. Among the responsibilities of the role are:- Develops a sales strategy that includes cold-calling, door-to-door selling and product presentation
- Informing and updating existing customers of the products
- Taking purchase orders, negotiating sales contracts, and collecting cash payments
- Maintaining sales records and meeting sales target
- Stays current with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications/Requirements
About You: The ideal candidate must have the following:- Proven work experience on sales
- Graduate of BS Administration or related field
- With a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- With good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret financial information
- Good decision making and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to details
- A team player
