Pharmacist Contract of Service

As a Pharmacist, you're expected to fulfill the following;

1. Dispense and render prescribed medicines for patients.
2. Ensure adequate supply of medicines for patients.
3. Help assure that the right patient takes the right drug in the right time and dosage.
4. Maintain drug profile cards for patients to monitor drug therapy.
5. Label all drug containers issued to patients.
6. Check expiration date of drugs prescribed to patients.
7. Record and file dangerous drug prescriptions for patients.
8. Prepares emergency medicines to patients through materials management system..
9. Goes on duty after duty hours according to schedule.
10. Accepts returned medicines from patients and supply infection control.

Candidate must be a B.S. Pharmacy Graduate; R.A. 1080 (Pharmacist)

• Ability to convey information effectively;
• Excellent reading comprehension;
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems;
• Analytical skill;
• Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly in speaking and in writing so others will understand; and
• Problem sensitivity or the ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong;
• Service-Oriented - always actively looking for ways to help people;
• Compassionate and understanding.
