Pharmacist Contract of Service

As a Pharmacist, you're expected to fulfill the following;
- Dispense and render prescribed medicines for patients.
- Ensure adequate supply of medicines for patients.
- Help assure that the right patient takes the right drug in the right time and dosage.
- Maintain drug profile cards for patients to monitor drug therapy.
- Label all drug containers issued to patients.
- Check expiration date of drugs prescribed to patients.
- Record and file dangerous drug prescriptions for patients.
- Prepares emergency medicines to patients through materials management system..
- Goes on duty after duty hours according to schedule.
- Accepts returned medicines from patients and supply infection control.
Candidate must be a B.S. Pharmacy Graduate; R.A. 1080 (Pharmacist)
Other qualifications include (but are not limited to);- Ability to convey information effectively;
- Excellent reading comprehension;
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems;
- Analytical skill;
- Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly in speaking and in writing so others will understand; and
- Problem sensitivity or the ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong;
- Service-Oriented - always actively looking for ways to help people;
- Compassionate and understanding.
