Company Driver
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Company Driver to travel to Alabang everyday. This is a contract position, assigned to appointed agnecy that plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, timely and professional transportation of company personnel, clients and materials.As Company Driver, you will be responsible for maintaining vehicle safety standards, adhering to traffic regulations and providing excellent customer service whilst representing the company with integrity and professionalism. Your role is essential to the smooth operations of our logistics and transportation activities.
Key responsibilities- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company driving policies
- Transport company personnel, clients and materials to designated locations in a timely manner
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety standards and mechanical condition through regular inspections and reporting
- Plan and optimise routes to ensure efficient delivery and collection schedules
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance and any incidents or damages
- Communicate professionally with passengers and clients, ensuring a positive company image
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks and arrange servicing as required
- Comply with all safety regulations and company protocols at all times
- Valid and current professional driving licence (Manual/Automatic) appropriate for the Philippines
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional driving experience in a commercial or corporate environment
- Excellent knowledge of Metro Manila roads, traffic patterns and alternative routes
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations or accidents
- Strong understanding of vehicle safety, maintenance and roadworthiness standards
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional communication abilities
- Punctuality, reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently whilst maintaining company protocols and standards
- Physical fitness and capability to handle long driving hours
- Preferably experience driving corporate or luxury vehicles
- Familiarity with digital navigation systems and communication tools
