Sales Account Executive

Duros Hotels Inc.' is seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a full-time Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for our growing hospitality business. This position offers the opportunity to work for an established and respected hotel group, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with key clients.

• Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Negotiate and close sales deals, securing the best possible terms for the company
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted sales campaigns
• Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to exceed sales targets
