- Partner with sales teams to understand customer business challenges and translate them into scalable, value-driven technology solutions.
- Lead solution design, proposal development, and pricing conversations aligned with customer goals and enterprise standards.
- Own and deliver high-impact product demos, presentations, and proof points for technical and executive audiences.
- Manage and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence requests, ensuring clarity, competitiveness, and alignment with client needs.
- Serve as a strategic point of contact for enterprise customers post-sale, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value realization.
- Drive renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities by identifying growth areas and aligning solutions to evolving customer priorities.
- Monitor customer health, usage, and satisfaction, proactively addressing risks and improving retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, manage escalations, and continuously improve customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with C-level and D-level stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and partner.
- Facilitate executive reviews, roadmap discussions, and value realization conversations.
- Communicate complex technical and commercial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in client-facing roles such as pre-sales engineering, solution advisory, customer success leadership, or strategic account management within enterprise technology or adjacent sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions, with hands-on experience leading solution architecture discussions, crafting proposals, delivering executive-level product demonstrations, and managing RFP/RFI responses, alongside driving post-sale value realization through renewals, expansion, adoption, and long-term customer retention.
- Exposure to fintech, martech, SaaS, or large-scale enterprise platforms is strongly preferred, particularly in environments delivering complex or high-impact technology solutions.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven history of engaging, influencing, and advising C-level and D-level decision-makers across business and technology functions.
- Willing and able to work onsite in Makati, Philippines, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams in a face-to-face delivery model.
