Job Description:- Oversees the electrical systems and equipment in a tin plate manufacturing facility, ensuring their safe, efficient and compliant operation.
- Lead a team of technicians, manage maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment to maintain quality and production output.
- Lead and monitor a team electromechanical technician, providing guidance and training.
- Work with engineering teams on root cause analysis and process improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification:- Can speak and write English and Vietnamese Language
- Five (5) or more years’ work experience as Supervisor
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage teams
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, particularly in a manufacturing department.
