Position Title: HVAC Appointment Setter (Voice - WFH)
Shift: Graveyard (US Hours)
Location: 100% Remote – Open to all candidates based in the Philippines

Applicants must have reliable backup internet and power, and a noise-cancelling headset to qualify.

Compensation and Perks:

  • Basic Salary: PHP 15,000/month
  • Night Differential: 10% night differential pay
  • Internet Allowance: PHP 1,000/month
  • HMO: Starts one (1) week from start date
  • Vacation Leave: 12 days annually (after 90 days) — up to 5 unused VLs convertible to cash
  • Pre-Employment Medical Exam: Must be completed within 30 days of hire

Role Summary

The HVAC Appointment Setter serves as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers via phone. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning) services.

This role requires exceptional English communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the discipline to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers to offer HVAC services and set appointments
  • Lead Qualification: Use scripts and probing questions to identify needs and assess lead potential
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments using client-provided systems
  • CRM Management: Log all interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups accurately
  • Professional Communication: Deliver conversations with confidence, empathy, and professionalism
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders and client reps to ensure seamless operations
  • Product Mastery: Stay updated on HVAC offerings and campaign-specific guideline
  • Shift Compliance: Be punctual and consistently present during scheduled work hours
Performance Expectations
  • Day 1–30: Complete training and meet 1–2 qualified appointments/day
  • Day 31–60: Handle full call volume independently with consistent conversion
  • Day 61–90: Hit all KPIs and contribute to process and quality improvements
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of voice-based appointment setting experience is a PLUS
  • Excellent verbal English communication and persuasive skills
  • Active listening and empathy in handling customer conversations
  • Must be self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable with repetitive tasks
  • Willing to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones
  • Must have and use a USB-type noise-cancelling headset
  • Must meet all technical and system requirements
