Work Arrangement:Hybrid (Twice a week Remote, Thrice a week RTO);Office Location:Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City

Work Schedule:Monday to Friday

About the role:

• Our client, a leading IT distribution company, is seeking aTechnical Consultantto support the end-to-end process of technical needs for Channel Account Manager and/or Product Manager.

Key Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of3 years of proven experience as a Technical Consultant, preferably within the IT Distribution industry.
• Proven experience in supporting the end-to-end process of technical needs for Channel Account Manager and/or Product Manager.
• Strong understanding of Security Design Architecture, the OSI and TCP/IP models, as well as network security principles and protocols.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies such as firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Extended Detection and Response (XDR), and Enterprise Browsers (experience with all is a plus).
• Proficiency in at least one of the following technologies: XDR, SASE, or Enterprise Browsers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the sales and product teams.
• Conduct Proof-Of-Concept (POC) and prepare technical proposals.
• Conduct solution presentations and workshops.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Propose and explore new and upcoming technologies in the market.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
