  • Lead quality audits, both internal and external, to assess adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and customer service, to maintain quality standards.
  • Oversee corrective and preventive actions, ensuring continuous improvement in processes.
  • Manage supplier quality, ensuring raw materials and components meet required specifications.
  • Train and mentor QA staff, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and reports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven experience in conducting audits, inspections, and root cause analysis
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and quality tools
  • Familiarity with calibration and validation processes for testing equipment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities across departments and with external partners
  • Experience in supplier quality management and vendor coordination
  • Skilled in preparing quality reports and maintaining documentation
  • Has knowledge/background with FSSC22000
