About the role

This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of our business and the delivery of high-quality healthcare facilities.

• Coordinate and supervise construction activities on site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage and direct a team of skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, masons, electricians, and plumbers.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or challenges that arise
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on the progress of construction projects, providing regular updates to the management team
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient construction methods.

• Proven track record of at least 2-3 years of experience as a Company Foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and equipment, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and the ability to ensure compliance on-site
• Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools/
• Willingness to travel all across branches in the Philippines.
• Vocational certificate or relevant technical qualification in construction or related field.
