About the role
NYGC Services, Inc.' is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will lead a team responsible for the timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable.As the Accounts Receivable Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts receivable team, ensuring efficient and effective processing of invoices, collections, and credit controls
- Manage and mentor a team of accounts receivable specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Analyse accounts receivable data and generate reports to identify trends, monitor performance, and recommend strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to streamline invoicing and collections processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations related to accounts receivable management
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the team's productivity and customer satisfaction
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide support to other departments on accounts receivable-related matters
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts receivable management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, credit management, and cash application
- Proficient in using accounting software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Knowledge of relevant accounting principles, standards, and regulations
