About the role
YONDU INC.' is seeking an experienced Business Analyst (background with solutioning) to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila. As a full-time Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and defining business requirements to support the strategic objectives of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose innovative solutions
- Define functional and non-functional requirements, and translate them into technical specifications
- Conduct feasibility studies, process analysis, and impact assessments
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and other artefacts to support the development lifecycle
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of solutions
- Provide input and recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements
- Participate in testing activities, such as user acceptance testing, to validate the delivered solutions
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the Information & Communication Technology industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and management using various techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, user stories, process flows)
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to extract insights from complex data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
