Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) OR
Vocational Diploma, NCII/NCIII Certification, or TESDA-accredited training in Industrial/Plant Mechanics
Licensed Mechanical Engineer / Licensed Plant Mechanic (PRC Board Passer)
With experience in the manufacturing field.
Knowledge in troubleshooting and maintaining:

oHydraulic and pneumatic systems
oCNC, milling, stamping, and injection molding machines (if applicable)
oConveyor systems and assembly line equipment

Conduct repair and preventive maintenance
Experience with production process improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma,

Kaizen)

Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with workplace safety standards (DOLE, ISO 9001, etc.)
