Sales Engineer - Luzon

The position is open for Individuals who accepts this set-up:

• Report to the office on Mondays; report to the assigned sales area from Tuesdays to Fridays.
• Is comfortable being in the field to visit manufacturing plants and meet customers.
• Self-drive to customer sites (individuals who are not experienced drivers of 4-wheel vehicles need not apply)
• Is willing to take calls from colleagues or customers outside working days.

• Degree in Engineering
• Preferably with 2 years’ experience in direct selling of industrial equipment or technical products to end-users in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven ability to reach targets.
• Likes continuous learnings and comfortable in doing calculations for equipment sizing.
• Competitive, pro-active, service-oriented, enjoys meeting new people and able to relate with people at all levels of the customers’ organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable and engaging when presenting to customers.
• Can work with minimal supervision, committed in meeting sales targets.
• Possession of a personal vehicle is an advantage.

• Prospecting for customers and gather sales leads.
• Acquire new accounts.
• Expand and develop business opportunities in existing accounts within assigned area.
• Understand technical requirements and analyze needs of customers through visits, online meetings, call and other communication channels.
• Carry out presentations of solutions to customers.
• Plan, organize and conduct marketing activities in assigned area.
• Achieve agreed sales target.
