We are hiring for an awesome IT Manager for our #iOPEXhappy@work team.
Summary:We seek a highly motivated and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT environments.
The IT Infrastructure Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the security, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure, enabling our business to operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Technology Evaluation
- Infrastructure Security
- Vendor Management
- Implementation
- Monitor infrastructure performance and identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant IT standards and regulations
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals
Manage and maintain existing IT infrastructure, including:
- Google Workspace
- Palo Alto Firewalls
- Core Switches & Access Switches
- Access Points
- ISPs (Internet Service Providers)
- Zero Trust Solutions
- Anti-malware
- Windows and Mac devices
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of networking, server administration, and cybersecurity
- Experience with Google Workspace, Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Switches
- Aruba products, Netskope, Sophos/Crowdstrike, and Windows/Mac devices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, CCNA) are a plus
- Should be willing to work onsite on a shifting in BGC, Taguig
