Parts Manager

We're looking for an experienced Parts Manager to lead our nationwide parts and accessories operations, optimize inventory, and drive business growth through operational excellence.

Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Technology, or a related field

✔ Inventory or warehouse management certifications are an advantage

✔ At least 5 years of experience in parts management, inventory, or supply chain operations within the automotive industry

✔ At least 5 years in a leadership role or 4 years as a Parts Manager

✔ Hands-on experience in procurement, pricing, warehouse operations, and inventory management

✔ Proficient in NetSuite or a similar ERP system

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, inventory analysis, variance reporting)

✔ Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is an advantage

✔ Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills

✔ Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to inventory accuracy and system compliance
