Qualifications
- Graduate of a Vocational Course or holder of a TESDA Certification in any of the following:
- Electrical Technology
- Automotive Maintenance
- Industrial Machine Technician
- With experience in any of the following fields:
- Electrical Maintenance
- Automotive Mechanic
- Mechanical Technician
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Can read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair of production equipment, motors, pumps, conveyors, compressors, and other plant machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures and safety hazards.
- Assist in equipment installation, modification, and improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with plant safety standards.
- Support emergency repair activities to minimize production downtime.
- Coordinate with supervisors and contractors regarding maintenance requirements.
