Job Title: Real Estate Research Analyst

Join our experienced and fun team as a Real Estate Research Analyst, where you'll be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting on real estate market data. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property market surveys and collect research data (primary and secondary sources).
• Maintain and update databases of real estate supply, demand, and market trends.
• Monitor factors influencing the real estate market, including infrastructure projects, economic changes, and relevant regulations.
• Make regular calls to gather updates on market activity and client information.
• Produce clear, concise reports and information materials such as fact sheets and data packets.
• Support the team by providing analytical assistance on real estate projects and initiatives.
• Write and compile real estate market reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Real Estate Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience is required, though any related internship or experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive).
• Comfortable with making calls to collect data or updates from clients and industry sources.
• Must be willing to conduct field work both independently and collectively.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Filipino (both written and verbal); other languages are a plus
• Critical thinking skills.
• Experience with social media is a plus.
