Digital Marketing Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our online marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who’s creative, data-driven, and eager to grow a brand in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns to build awareness, generate leads, and boost sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (social media, SEO, paid ads)
• Conduct keyword research and improve SEO performance
• Create, schedule, and analyze content for digital campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements based on performance data.
• Collaborate with the design, sales, and marketing teams to align messaging and goals
• Assist in running paid video ads on Meta Ads, Google Ads (YouTube), and TikTok Ads.
• Stay updated on digital trends, tools, and best practices

QUALIFICATION:

• Fresh Graduates are WELCOME!!!
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1 year experience in digital marketing, including copywriting and content creation
• Strong writing skills with a proven ability to create clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned messaging
• Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus
• Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable working independently
