We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to manage and support a team handling Collections account. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a solid background in BPO operations, and a proven ability to drive performance while maintaining high customer service standards.

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to manage and support a team handling Collections account. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a solid background in BPO operations, and a proven ability to drive performance while maintaining high customer service standards.
This is a critical role that requires someone who can quickly step in, take ownership, and lead the team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of agents handling collections account
- Monitor daily performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs) and ensure targets are consistently met
- Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
- Handle escalations and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with operations and support teams to improve processes and productivity
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
- Prepare reports and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO setting
- Strong background in Collections account
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage performance and drive results
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City and on shifting schedules
