Quick Rundown:
We are looking for a QA Analyst with leadership capabilities to drive quality assurance initiatives across Agile teams. This role involves designing and executing test strategies, mentoring junior testers, and ensuring high-quality software releases through both manual and automated testing.A strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming is essential for working with test automation frameworks and collaborating with developers.
What You'll Do:
- Lead QA efforts within Agile development teams
- Create and execute manual and automated test cases
- Develop test plans, scripts, and maintain QA documentation
- Review test cases and ensure best QA practices are followed
- Mentor and support junior QA team members
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve bugs
- Utilize OOP concepts in developing automation scripts
- Work with tools like Selenium, Postman, and JUnit
- Support integration of QA processes within CI/CD pipelines
What Were Looking For:
- 0-3+ years of experience in QA or software testing
- Proficient in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JUnit)
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (Java, Python, C#, or C++)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in mentoring or leading QA tasks is a plus
